METHOD FOR TREATING THE CASES OF DEMYELINIZING DISEASES

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves administering thymus gland preparations or their synthesized analogs and glucocorticoids. The preparations are administered in therapeutically permissible doses as paired injections in paravasal lymphotropic way into intermetacarpal hand spaces and or intermetatarsal spaces of feet in the centers of the spaces backwards at the depth of 0.5 to 2.0 cm in the amount of 5 to 15 ml. A lymphotropic preparation is used as base for preparing solution. Thymus gland preparations or its synthetic analog together with glucocorticoid solutions as the first course with frequency not exceeding 10 paired injections every other day. Then combined administration of thymus gland preparation or its analog and interferon inductor and/or peptide immunoxidoreductant as solution with frequency not exceeding 5 paired injections every other day. Then, the first course preparations are repeatedly administered with 5-7 days long pauses between injections on the time space of 14 weeks. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
