FIELD: horizontally detachable housings with flanged joints of both halves. SUBSTANCE: proposed housing has upper part which is connected with lower part over periphery of flange by means of screws. Located on one or both end faces of housing is horizontally detachable extension of housing embraced over outer periphery by solid ring which is located coaxially and not detachable horizontally; said ring is pressed to horizontally detachable extension of housing by means of radially detachable wedge-shaped clamping members. Radially detachable wedge-shaped clamping members having wedge-shaped surfaces are pressed to bead of horizontally detachable extension of housing and to horizontally nondetachable ring. Faying surface of non-detachable ring is located opposite to bead of horizontally detachable extension of housing. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 4 cl, 6 dwg
