FIELD: rolling steel strips. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes casting molten steel in continuous casting unit for obtaining slab which is transported through furnace by use of casting heat; said slab is rolled in austenite range in roughing unit; then it is cooled to temperature of obtaining ferrite structure and is rolled in finish rolling unit at rate corresponding to rate at which it is introduced into finish rolling unit; strip is rolled in ferrite state at temperature of from 850 to 600 C and is quickly cooled to temperature below 500 C after escape from finish rolling unit to exclude re-crystallization.
