PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a gaseous organic material in a clean room, semiconductor producing equipment, etc. SOLUTION: A dry-sealing material free from generation of gaseous organic materials in use is used e.g. as a gasket to be inserted in the case of attaching an air filter to an opening of a ceiling, etc. Concretely, a material free from <=19C aliphatic hydrocarbon (e.g. microcrystalline wax) is used as a lubricant, a carboxylic acid ester having a molecular weight of >=400 is used as a plasticizer and a phenolic compound having a molecular weight of >=300 is used as an antioxidant to be compounded to a stock rubber. |
