FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: method for preparing vegetable raw before extraction of juice involves its grinding and passing between pair electrodes. Before grinding raw is treated with preparation obtained by sequential extraction of biomass of micromycetes Mortierella reticulata with nonpolar extractant in supercritical state, water, alkali, water, acid, water, alkali and water followed by combination of the first extract with solid residue in the amount 0.5-1 x 104 mg/t and keeping for 2-5 h.
