Method and device for generating wavelets

The signal generation method has a Gaussian approximation. A variable (Vin) is provided with the wave shape presenting a succession of linear transitions between levels (nivi,nivs). Each wave transition is formed into a sliding set to obtain the corresponding wavelet. Independent claims are included for : (1) a wavelet generator; (2) a coded wavelet train transmitter; and (3) a coded wavelet train receiver.
