FIELD: organic chemistry, peptides, chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for preparing tridecapeptide of the formula (I): H-His-Gly-Val-Ser-Gly-His-Gly-Gln-His-Gly-Val-His-Gly-OH and to pentapeptide of the formula (II): X-His-(X)-Gly-Val-Ser-(Y)- Gly-OH that is an intermediate compound in its synthesis. Solid-phase synthesis of tridecapeptide (I) is carried out by sequential splicing peptide chain beginning from C-terminal dipeptidylpolymer up to preparing C- terminal octapeptidylpolymer that is condensed with the protected N-terminal pentapeptide of the formula (II): X-His-(X)-Gly-Val-Ser-(Y)-Gly-OH wherein X and Y are protective groups. Prepared tridecapeptidylpolymer is treated with deblocking agents for removing protective groups and polymeric matrix and the end product is isolated by HPLC method. Except for, invention relates also to pentapeptide of the formula (II): X-His-(X)-Gly- Val-Ser-(Y)-Gly-OH as an intermediate compound for synthesis of tridecapeptide of the formula (I): H-His-Gly- Val-Ser-Gly-His-Gly-Gln-His-Gly-Val-His-Gly-OH.
