FIELD: transport machine engineering, namely automobile manufacture. SUBSTANCE: according to method of invention after final checking of all basic members of jig providing its three-dimensional arrangement and matching clamps, jig is adjusted according to formed parts. In order to realize it formed parts designed for welding are placed into jig and fixed by means of clamping members. Then in three-coordinate measuring apparatus members characterizing shape and size of article are measured for determining zones of increased fluctuations and for correcting jig in order to eliminate them. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of assembling and welding jig, improved geometry parameters of automobile body, enhanced quality of automobile. 9 dwg |
