FIELD: methods of mixing process automatic control. SUBSTANCE: method includes measurement of flow rate of initial components, finished mixture, rotational speed of mixer working shaft. Loose and liquid components are supplied to mixer in separate flows. Mixer body is heated with steam. Flow rate, temperature and moisture content of loose and liquid components, and also of finished mixture, steam consumption for mixer body heating and value of torque and rotational speed of working shaft are measured additionally. Speed of working shaft rotation and steam consumption for mixer body heating are set by measured value of flow rate, temperature and moisture content of loose and liquid components. Measured value of working shaft torque and temperature of finished mixture are used in determination of average viscosity of mixture by which steam consumption for mixer body heating is corrected. Current values of flow rate and moisture content of finished mixture are used for correction of mixer productivity by acting on working shaft rotational speed depending on which, flow rate of loose components is set with continuous stabilization of ratio of flow rates of loose and liquid components by acting on flow rate of the latter. EFFECT: increased homogeneity of mixture and process efficiency. 1 dwg |
