<p>A click-and-pawl drive (5) uses a driven pulley (DP) (6) to make an extension (13) on a detent pawl (2) release a rotary latch. The DP has a guide curve (15) for the extension moving along it. A near-center spiral readjusting spring (8) engages in a slot for the optional use of a manipulating tool while a far-center end rests against a stop. The click-and-pawl drive has an electric motor (5a) that engages the DP's outer screw thread by means of a worm gear (5b).</p>
