FIELD: food-processing industry, chemical and pharmaceutical industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves providing ejection heating of product with the use of vapor; homogenizing liquid food product in ejector providing vapor heating of product; accelerating product in nozzle to speed, at which product boils to create two-phase flow; separating said flow into vapor phase and liquid phase; directing liquid phase for heat-exchanging regeneration of basic product and deodorizing; directing vapor phase for ejection vacuumizing of deodorant and further into vapor source, or additionally into vapor source pipeline - ejector for vapor heating of product. EFFECT: increased efficiency in processing and improved stability of liquid food product. 1 dwg |
