SUSPENSION OF HARD DISK DRIVE USING DYNAMIC HEAD LOADING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A suspension of an HDD(Hard Disk Drive) using a dynamic head loading system is provided to form an extension portion for performing a lift rod function in integrated type, thereby supplying the suspension with high reliability. CONSTITUTION: An extension portion(1) functions as a lift rod. The extension portion(1) is extended toward a front end of a suspension(12) to be configured in dual gimbal type. A dimple-type projection is protruded from a free end lower side of the extension portion(1) such that the dimple-type projection can slide on a cam surface(16a). The extension portion(1) forms a triangular-shaped tension hole(2) inside. A disk(20) is firmly fixed to a hub of a spindle motor in vertical direction.
