PURPOSE:To provide a molding method of an inductance adjusting member suited to adjust the inductance of a transformer and hard to be cracked. CONSTITUTION:A composition, which consists of one or two kinds of 5-30wt.% thermoplastic resins selected from a polyphenylene sulfide resin, nylon 6, nylon 66 and nylon 12 and a liquid crystal polymer and 70-95wt.% soft magnetic powder having mean grain size of 1-250mum and in which melting viscosity at a rate of shear of 1000/sec at a temperature higher than the melting points of the thermoplastic resins by 50 deg.C reaches 10-1500Pa.s, is injection-molded or transfer-molded at a mold temperature brought of the glass transition temperatures or lower of the main thermoplastic resins constituting the composition. |
