The brush (28) as a turbine (10) placed inside a brush case and driven by the kinetic energy of external air sucked inside the case. A pair of worm gears (12) is orthogonally engaged with a pair of worm wheels at each side of turbine axes to transfer power. A rotating body connected with the gear has a rotating floor cloth (22). An air guide is placed in front of the turbine for guiding external air into the turbine. The rotating body is connected with a hollow shaft that is coupled with the bottom of the worm wheel so as to remove stain and stubborn dirt of the floor while rotating.
