PURPOSE: An apparatus for rapidly stamping repairing refractory in electric furnace is provided to increase operation efficiency by hardening the repairing refractory onto a local erosion part of the electric furnace promptly and solidly. CONSTITUTION: In a stamping apparatus for constructing electric furnace repairing refractory comprising a weight body(10) connected to ceiling crane by wire to harden the repairing refractory, the apparatus for rapidly stamping the repairing refractory in electric furnace comprises a water supply part comprising barrel shaped water supply cylinder(20) vertically installed on an upper part of the weight body, supply pipe(21) connected to one side of an upper part of the water supply cylinder to receive condensate water, and discharge pipe(22) installed at one side of an upper part of the water supply cylinder to send the condensate water inside the water supply cylinder to the repairing refractory; and an injection part comprising piston installed inside the water supply cylinder to push out condensate water, piston rod(31) connected to a lower part of the piston and extended to the outer side by penetrating the weight body, flexible hose for circulating the condensate water through the inside of the piston rod by connecting circulating hole formed on a lower side surface of the piston rod to an end of the discharge pipe, second weight body(40) fixed to a lower part of the piston rod, a plurality of injection pipes(34) connected to the lower part of the piston rod and extended to a lower part of the second weight body by penetrating the second weight body, and a plurality of nozzles installed on a lower surface of the second weight body and connected to the respective injection pipes to inject the condensate water.
