PURPOSE: A wind power generator with multiple rotor blade is provided to obtain rotational force of high efficiency by reducing resistance and load against the wind power produced by the rotary vanes and to absorb impact produced to the rotary vanes according to a change of the wind pressure. CONSTITUTION: A wind power generator with multiple rotor blade comprises rotor blades(11a,12a,13a,14a) formed by connecting plural blade(16) with ribs(15); first and fourth rotating shafts each having one of the rotor blades; second and third rotating shafts through which the first and fourth rotating shafts pass; first and second acceleration covers(20,21) disposed to the first and fourth rotating shafts to rotate the wind and to guide the wind to the blades; blade support units disposed to the rotor blade, to elastically support the moving of the blades according to a change of the wind pressure; a safety unit connected to one side of the blade support unit by a steel wire, to adjust the angle of the blade and prevent excessive effect of wind; a speed change unit connected with the first, second, third, and fourth rotating shafts, to change the speed of rotational speed; a generator receiving the rotational force by a shaft settled to a side of speed change unit and producing power; a speed change unit housing(50a) through which the shaft rotatably passes; and a base frame(70) supporting the bottom of the speed change unit. The generator is mounted to the base frame.
