PURPOSE: A device and a method for controlling fuel injection of a vehicle are provided to improve the fuel consumption ratio and stably maintain engine output by calculating the variation of fuel to perform compensation of fuel amount and sorting the injection period of the compensated fuel amount to regularly maintain the air fuel ratio. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling fuel injection of a vehicle includes a temperature-detecting unit detecting the temperature of an engine; a fuel amount-calculating unit calculating the compensation amount according to the fuel amount wetted on the wall of a cylinder according to the conditions of deceleration and acceleration; and an injection period-deciding unit deciding the injection period of the compensation amount calculated according to the conditions of the deceleration and acceleration. The device for controlling fuel injection includes an information-detecting unit detecting all information of the vehicle; a control unit(50) calculating the ignition time, fuel injection time, and fuel amount by each combustion chamber, calculating the compensation amount according to the fuel amount wetted on the cylinder wall, and deciding the injection period according to the condition of the water temperature to perform fuel amount compensation; and an injection unit(60) injecting the calculated fuel amount to each combustion chamber.
