PURPOSE: A fuel filter having a water separator is provided to integrally form a device for removing moisture from fuel to the lower part of the fuel filter. CONSTITUTION: In a fuel filter(20) having a water separator, a fuel inlet(22) and a fuel outlet(23) are each formed to the side of a housing(21), and a filter(30), to remove foreign materials from fuel, is fitted into the inside of the housing. A water-separating unit, to separate water from the fuel coming into a fuel tank, is formed to the lower part of the housing. The water-separating unit, received to the lower inside of the housing, comprises a disk-shaped separator(40) with plural separating holes(41); an indicator(42) protruded from the lower middle part of the separator downward; a drain pipe(27) longitudinally formed under the housing, to guide the vertical movement of the indicator; and a drain cock(27a) formed to the lower side of the drain pipe to selectively drain water.
