PURPOSE: A contents producing method and a contents cracking deal method are provided to generate a cracking deal file for each contents, and to insert the generated cracking deal file into each contents. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises several steps. Digital contents is produced by using multimedia data according to an intention of a contents producer(s110). File data comprising the produced digital contents is analyzed(s120). Based on the analysis result, the file data is monitored, and in a case that the file data is varied, a cracking deal file, which is programmed to perform a cracking deal function, is generated(s130). The cracking deal file is small sized and included in the corresponding contents, and plays a role of monitoring a status of the contents.
