METHOD FOR MAKING WORKFLOW EFFICIENT BY USING CASE BASED REASONING

PURPOSE: A method for making a workflow efficient is provided to efficiently manage knowledge related to a work by using a CBR(Case Based Reasoning). CONSTITUTION: The method comprises several steps. A case frame is designed. A case is generated if data, included in the designed case frame, occurs in a process of a WFMS(Workflow Management System). The generated case is stored at a case base directly or via a processing step. If a process designer or a unit work person requests a CBR in order to get necessary knowledge, the most similar case among the stored cases is offered to the CBR requester. Then, the knowledge requester can find a new solution based on the offered case or request a new solution.
