PURPOSE: A probe binder for sub lance of converter is provided to prevent explosion accident due to leakage of cooling water by reinforcing nozzle part and improve productivity and maximize practical application of probe by enabling temperature measuring, sampling and surface level measuring of molten steel using one probe. CONSTITUTION: The probe binder comprises probe anode contact part(84a) and probe cathode contact part(84b) fixed onto the outer circumferential surface of an upper part of holder(80) connected to converter sublance nozzle part(14) with the probe anode contact part(84a) and probe cathode contact part(84b) being formed at different level in a length direction of the holder(80); a nozzle protection part(56) which is inserted into the holder(80), an upper part thereof has a diameter corresponding to the nozzle part(14), and which is extended downwardly to protect the nozzle part(14); anode ring(58a) and cathode ring(58b) which are fixed onto the inner circumferential surface of the nozzle protection part(56) with the anode ring(58a) and cathode ring(58b) being formed at different level in a vertical direction of the nozzle protection part(56), and which are fixed to the probe anode contact part(84a) and probe cathode contact part(84b) so that the anode ring(58a) and cathode ring(58b) are individually conducted to the probe anode contact part(84a) and probe cathode contact part(84b); and anode contact part(59a) and cathode contact part(59b) installed on the outer circumferential surface of the nozzle protection part(56) and connected to the anode ring(58a) and cathode ring(58b) so that the anode contact part(59a) and cathode contact part(59b) are conducted to the anode ring(58a) and cathode ring(58b).
