PURPOSE: A heat exchanger is provided to improve pressure resistance and assembly quality of the heat exchanger using refrigerant such as oxygen dioxide acting under high pressure as heat exchange medium. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger includes a first header pipe(10) and a second header pipe(20) placed to be parallel to each other and separated from each other, comprising headers and tanks to have a plurality of compartments(12a,12b,12c,12d,22a,22b,22c,22d) formed therein independent of each other in longitudinal direction to guide flow of refrigerant, and having at least one coupling part(70) temporarily coupling the headers and the tanks; a plurality of heat radiating tubes(50) allowing refrigerant to flow therein, and having a plurality of tube rows(50a,50b,50c,50d) connecting the compartments of the first header pipe and the second header pipes facing each other to form heat exchange parts together with the compartments of the first header pipe and the second header pipe; a refrigerant inlet tube(30) placed on one end of the first header pipe to allow refrigerant to flow in; return holes formed on the first header pipe and the second header pipe along flow of refrigerant to connect the neighboring compartments so that refrigerant flowing in through the refrigerant inlet tube flows with the heat exchange parts as units; and a refrigerant outlet tube(40) formed on the compartment forming the last heat exchange part among the heat exchange parts along flow of refrigerant to allow refrigerant to flow out. |
