BRIDGE GUIDE ROLLER DEVICE OF INCREMENTAL LAUNCHING METHOD

PURPOSE: A bridge guide roller device of an incremental launching method is provided to prevent the guide roller device from being collapsed by load concentration by using the guide roller device to a process for building steel box bridges, to expand the life span of the guide roller device by optimally dispersing load, and to save construction cost. CONSTITUTION: A bridge guide roller device(100) for guiding the movement of a bridge upper plate when the bridge is built by an incremental launching method for moving forward the bridge upper plate comprising steel box segments along the upper end of a pier is composed of a plurality of rollers(50) and an upper member(52). The Rollers are arranged in a line along the movement direction of the bridge upper plate and rolling-contacted with the lower surface of the bridge upper plate and the upper member supports the rollers to rotate. In addition, the upper member movably mounted on the pier moves upward and downward when the bridge upper plate moves and accordingly disperses load of the bridge upper plate applied on the roller.
