PURPOSE: Fixing structure of a drain louver for a washing machine is provided to cut down manufacturing cost by installing a cable tie in the connection portion of a valve case and the drain louver, and to fix the valve case and the drain louver firmly by preventing displacement of the cable tie. CONSTITUTION: A drain louver fixing system of a washing machine comprises a valve case(67) connecting to a drain hole formed in the lower part of a dehydrating tub and having a drain valve for regulating drainage of washing water; a drain louver connected to the end of the valve case to guide washing water out; and a cable tie(74) mounted in a connection portion(72a) of the drain louver and the valve case. Adhesive is spread around the end of the valve case, and the outer end of the valve case is surrounded by the connection portion of the drain louver. Projections are formed around the connection portion of the drain louver and the valve case to restrict displacement of the cable tie. |
