PURPOSE: A washing machine having a play/pause button integrally formed with power is provided to use the washing machine conveniently by simplifying a key input unit with inputting the command for supplying power, stopping temporarily and operating through the single button, and to reduce the material cost by decreasing the number of buttons. CONSTITUTION: A washing machine has a key input unit(100) for inputting the command on washing the laundry in the washing tub, and the key input unit includes an integrated button(20) of power and play/pause. The key input unit comprises a temperature adjusting button(61) of washing water, an amount adjusting button(62) of washing water, a washing course selection button(63) for deciding washing, rinsing or dehydrating course, a program button(64) selecting the program mode adapted for the laundry in the washing tub among fluff/saving/blue jeans/wool washing, and the play/pause button integrated with power for inputting power, operation or pause command by the number of the operation of a user. |
