PURPOSE: A mobile communication terminal is provided to transmit location information or a picture document transmitted through a network to an other party's terminal while having a conversation on the phone, by using a UUS(User to User Signaling) service, thereby exchanging the information or the document at low price. CONSTITUTION: A sketch program unit(100) generates pixel-unit picture information. When a user presses a location information search button, an SoLSA(Support of Localized Service Area) processor(400) requests a base station server to transmit location information, inputs the location information to process in SoLSA, and outputs the processed location information. A component converter(200) converts the picture information or the location information in text file type according to XML grammar. A UUS processor(300) processes a text file in UUS, and outputs a UUS message to an other party's terminal.
