PURPOSE: A casserole and a boiling device using the casserole are provided to minimize the vaporization of water by cooling and condensing vapor into water. CONSTITUTION: A casserole is composed of a cylindrical body(10) having a ring-shaped protrusion(11), an inner lid(20) having a plurality of holes(21) and a handle(23), and an outer lid(30). The inner lid adheres closely to the ring-shaped protrusion of the cylindrical body. The outer lid has a lid protrusion(31) adhering closely to the inner surface of the top of the body.
