PURPOSE: A disposable container is provided to keep various kinds of food by using thick paper with the layers coated on either side of the paper so as not to be wet or damp and to make it easy to carry with by making the grip of the container. CONSTITUTION: The disposable container includes a container(20) and a grip. The container(20) comprises a side plate(22); folding surfaces(24) between the side plates to be folded without seam; cover surfaces(26, 26a) which cover the top of the container; an insert slip(28) which is to be folded starting from the folding line on the center of the cover end; a slit part(28a) on the folding line between the cover surface(26a) and the side plate(22) so as for the cover not to be open freely. The grip comprises extensions(31, 31a) which face each other on both sides and are to be folded with the folding lines; grip slips(33, 33a) which connect each other on the middle point of the extensions(31, 31a) for being held with hands; and a slit part(34a) which is to be hooked with a hook(34) on the end of the other extension for the grip.
