ROTARY COMPRESSOR

PURPOSE: A rotary compressor is provided to allow the compressor to change displacement thereof as needed. CONSTITUTION: A compressor includes a driving unit(20) generating rotary force; a rotary axis(40) having one end connected with the driving unit to receive rotary force from the driving unit and rotate; a cylinder(31) allowing the other end of the rotary axis to be inserted thereto; a compression chamber(31a) and a second compression chamber(31b) placed in the cylinder to be in a line in axial direction of the rotary axis; a first roller(32a) and a second roller(32b) installed in the first compression chamber and the second compression chamber respectively and eccentrically to the rotary axis; and a first unidirectional clutch(50a) and a second unidirectional clutch(50b) installed on the rotary axis to transmit rotary force to the first roller and the second roller. The first unidirectional clutch and the second unidirectional clutch transmit rotary force to the first roller and the second roller only when the rotary axis rotates in fixed direction.
