PURPOSE: A negative ion radiation speaker is provided to radiate negative ions semipermanently without comprising an additional negative ion generator. CONSTITUTION: A micro powder of negative ion generation mineral(6) is coated and mixed and attached to at least one or two parts of an outer cover of a diaphragm(3) and an enclosure(2) or a speaker front of a speaker unit. The negative ion generation mineral is a rare-earth mineral of monazite, bastnasite and xenotime, and a rare-earth oxidized element of La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Pm, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu, Se and Y, and a tourmalline of dravite, schori, elbaite and uvite.
