ROAD MEDIAN STRIP HAVING SOUND-ABSORBING AND POLLUTANT-REMOVING FUNCTIONS

PURPOSE: A road median strip is provided to absorb noise from vehicles and to remove pollutants by exhaust gas. CONSTITUTION: The road median strip having sound-absorbing and pollutant-removing functions contains: a post(100) provided with guide grooves(110,120) to guide both ends of a frame member(200) to be slidable; a frame member(200) installed between posts(100); a sound absorber(300) placed in the frame member(200) to absorb external noise from vehicles; and a front plate(500) and a rear plate(600) coupled with the frame member(200) to cover up the sound absorber(300) and coated with photocatalyst(400) to remove pollutants on an exposed plane.
