The extract has excellent prevention and treatment effects on cancer, hear trouble, hypertension and aging. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of an extract of safflower leaf containing antioxidative flavonoids is characterized by collecting safflower leaves in May; selecting and washing them; steaming and drying them; and roasting them at 150-180 deg.C for 1-2 minutes; and hot water extracting them.
