PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of confectionery for ice cream and a dough blocking device in the manufacturing cast, thereby increasing consumer's credibility to the product and the recognition of the product. CONSTITUTION: A dough blocking device is characterized by hinge-linking the upper cast and lower cast, wherein the upper cast forms a blocking jaw to prevent the dough from overflowing at its one side and a slant part at one side of the blocking jaw with a depression hole; and the lower cast forms a slant part corresponding to the above slant part at its one side and a liking groove to link the blocking jaw to the one end of the slant part.
