METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING INJECTION MOLD HAVING REDUCED SOLIDIFIED TIME OF RESIN

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an injection mold having the reduced solidified time of a resin is provided to closely engage a bush member containing a resin passage with a mold to facilitate the cooling operation for solidifying a resin. CONSTITUTION: A first throughout passage(20) is formed on an upper mold(10). A second throughout passage(30) is formed in a reverse direction to the first throughout passage. A sitting portion(40) is formed at the bottom of the first throughout passage. A bush member(50) includes a small diameter containing a first resin passage(60) and a large diameter containing a second resin passage(61) to form a step formed by the diameter difference between the small and large diameters. The step of the bush member is displaced on the sitting portion. A product is formed by the resin injection to a lower mold through a first and second resin passages.
