PURPOSE: An aluminum alloy for cylinder head of diesel engine is provided to improve heat resistance and fatigue life time of the cylinder head by increasing hardness of parts such as cylinder head of high pressure high power diesel engine at which severe thermal load is applied. CONSTITUTION: The aluminum alloy for cylinder head of diesel engine comprises 7 to 10 wt.% of silicon, 0.5 to 2.0 wt.% of copper, 0.4 to 1.0 wt.% of magnesium, 0.15 wt.% or less of Fe, 0.5 to 1.0 wt.% of titanium, 0.05 to 0.1 wt.% of manganese, 50 to 300 ppm of strontium, 0.15 wt.% or less of other inevitable impurities and a balance of aluminum.
