PURPOSE: An electronic design education operating method is provided to enable trainees, located at remote places, to efficiently receive an education service on an electronic design over an online network. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises several steps. Plural learning rooms are opened at an e-PBL(electronics Project Based Learning) server and an education service system is operated(S10). A trainee accesses the e-PBL server, and the server extracts one more project items, previously set, from a database by using log-in data of the trainee(S11). The e-PBL server records the item offering date, and continuously checks project progress status(S12). While the trainee is receiving an education service, the trainee asks questions of the e-PBL server(S13), and the e-PBL server notifies a lecturer of the questions and dispatches the lecturer to the trainee(S14). If the trainee finishes the offered project item, the trainee transmits a signal, output by a FETA(Freshman Education Training board Assembly), to the e-PBL server(S15).
