PURPOSE: An integral type heat exchanger is provided to improve productivity by allowing radiating fins on first heat exchanger side and second heat exchanger side to be temporarily connected and assembled by clad, to be brazed, and to be separated into two pieces so that the radiating fins go without processing and assembly during core assembly of a first heat exchanger and a second heat exchanger, to cut off unnecessary heat transfer between the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger, and to improve heat radiating performance of the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger includes a first heat exchanger(7) having a plurality of first tubes(50) laminated to allow first heat exchange medium to flow therein; a second heat exchanger(8) having a plurality of second tubes(60) laminated to allow second heat exchange medium with temperature different from the first heat exchange medium to flow therein, and installed integrally with the first heat exchanger; and radiating fins(100) allowing the heat exchange medium passing the tubes to exchange heat. The radiating fins comprise first radiating fins(101) placed between the first tubes; and second radiating fins(102) placed between the second tubes. The first radiating fins and the second radiating fins are connected to clad applied on outer surfaces thereof, fused during brazing process, and separated from each other.
