PURPOSE: A 3-family and 1-core apartment house is provided to improve residential environment and urban environment, and to reduce the cost and period of construction. CONSTITUTION: The 3-family and 1-core apartment house(100) comprises a residential unit formed by piling up unit layers composed of many unit families vertically, and a core(104) connected to pass through the residential unit. Wherein the unit layer is composed of three unit families, and the three unit families contain: a primary unit family(110) formed oppositely to a core; a secondary unit family(120) formed adjacently to the left side of the primary unit family to go into the primary unit family through a corridor; and a third unit family(130) formed adjacently to the right side of the primary unit family to go into the primary unit family and the secondary unit family through a corridor.
