PURPOSE: A gymnastic exercise tool useful for rotating dish is provided to relax entire joints of body, waist or legs and shoulder and neck portions by conducting the exercise everywhere. CONSTITUTION: The tool comprises a plastic dish having a hole(2) of 5cm diameter; a central dimple(3) of 15cm diameter; a protruded handle(4) having 8cm diameter and 1cm width; another hole(5) of 4mm diameter to be fitted with a small iron ring having 3cm diameter. To the plastic dish, attached is a small ring and accessaries for the ring such as an ear ring having 3cm diameter and a plastic ring having 9cm diameter and 13mm thickness, and a ball having 7cm diameter to be hanged on a strap having 80cm length and 3mm diameter.
