Introduction: (Revision 01) 1- Note please: Everywhere are being mentioned or could be seen as DTE-RAC-TC- A-1 or similar descriptions are to be refereed to as RAC or RAC-TC-A-1 only or as Rafic Chehouri sole decision and selection. 2- Note please: (RAC= Rafic Adel Chehouri is my name) .cndot. What is RAC and RAC-TC-A-1? 1- RAC (Cooling: is my new invention for new application theory of cooling by heat transfer where applicable. 2- RAC-TC-A-1 is my new Industrial design for Oil cooling of Oil type Power Transformers based on my invention RAC cooling. Appling my new RAC Cooling application theory by applying the 2nd law of Thermodynamics (Enthalpy) and Heat exchange/transfer: I believe we could achieve better result for better energy efficiency wherever Transformers, generators, motors, auto industries, aerospace industries, equipments, machines or any other similar applications require Zeroth law could he applied also where needed. RAC-TC-A-1 is my new industrial design for new Transformer Oil cooler based on my new invention RAC Cooling which is more cost effective Oil Cooler Unit and can provide better transformer efficiency output lower, with minimizing losses by heat transfer comparing to already any transformer cooling application and exercise around the world. It can be estimated In addition my new invention RAC Cooling have no limit in applications, it can be applied in any moving engine or wherever heat transfer require cooling materials. It can be applied as examples, but not limited to, Generators, engines, motors auto industries machine and vehicles, space vehicles etc... .cndot. Direct and long terms benefits of the new Unit: While RAC-TC-A-1 unit is being researched and analyzed based on Delta T of 15 degree Celsius temperature for heat rejection, (reason for this, is for test comparison with existing Oil cooler up to my knowledge by using radiator theory), the new invention and industrial design theory could he expanded to a wide range of future applications. Other future applications will apply different type of Refrigeration Gas (aiming for Hydrogen on last frontier, helium could be used too) that could change the unit efficiency substantially. Hydrogen has 14235 Joule/Kg..degree.K of specific heat. if I am not wrong, the highest between all substances. Also I have study undergoing for Generator and motor applications for cooling using same idea and method. For RAC-TC-A-1 other method is to build-in dielectric, pre-engineered evaporating coil inside the transformer along with applicable sized AC unit at the time of Transformer manufacturing. By doing so we could have better control on the Hot Spot area of the Transformer or any hot shot in any moving machine that has heat rise. RAC and RAC-TC-A-1: Up to my knowledge are new idea and invention and " Patent and Industrial Design work". They are not being practices nor applied anywhere in the world, this will pave the way for myself sole to have "Patent" and any industrial design related or come out from my invention and sell the Technology aspect of this application practice and theory behind them, or even go further to manufacture and sale as Subsidiary if desired.
