PURPOSE: A noise reduction apparatus of a belt drive system for a vehicle is provided to reduce noise produced in case of misalignment of pulleys and lengthen the durability period of a belt. CONSTITUTION: A noise reduction apparatus of a belt drive system for a vehicle has a guide part(16) guiding a V-belt(14) through contact with the side of the V-belt, to make the V-belt aligned in a V-groove of a pulley(12). The guide part is extended to the center of the pulley, and an extended part(18) is fixed to the center of the pulley. A cover is combined to the pulley to prevent foreign materials from coming in and the guide part is protruded from the cover.
