PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of germinated soybeans containing high concentration of isoflavone that is used as prevention and treatment agents for osteoporosis. Therefore, the germinated soy beans containing high concentration of isoflavone is used as raw material for functional foods or medicine. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of germinated soybeans containing high concentration of isoflavone is characterized by comprising the steps of: washing soy beans with purified water at 20-30 deg.C for 5-20 hours; and soaking them in water; germinating the soaked soy beans in an incubator at 20-30 deg.C for 12-72 hours.
