PURPOSE: An offline item recognizing system and method is provided to recognize an item installation possibility via an online network in a case that an item is installed at an offline object type device, and to offer drive programs needed for driving the item to the offline object type device. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises plural object type devices(300), plural client computers(200), and a main system(100). The object type devices(300) detect whether an item is installed, and generate data on an item installation. The client computers(200), connected to the object type devices, receive or transmit the data. The main system(100), connected to the client computers(200), receives the data from the client computers(200), and checks whether the item can be used in the offline object type device. According to a determination of the main system(100), the feature of the offline item gets identical to that of a corresponding cyber item. |
