PURPOSE: A cushion tile is provided to place on an inner wall and a floor of a building firmly, and to have excellent elasticity and cushiony effects. CONSTITUTION: The cushion tile(20) comprises: a lower layer(22) made with one of earthenware materials and stone materials; and a thermoplastic foam layer(24) attached on the upper side of the lower layer(22). The manufacturing method for a cushion tile comprises the steps of: manufacturing a lower layer by crushing one of earthenware materials and stone materials, then shaping the crushed materials in the appointed shape using a press form; firing the lower layer having the appointed shape; and forming an upper layer on the upper part of the lower layer by placing the lower layer and thermoplastic resins containing a blowing agent to a metallic form, and foaming thermoplastic resins.
