PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sharply improve the efficient use of data by using a three- dimensional ring buffer in the function of an interface board for control. SOLUTION: A ring buffer 11 endlessly revolves in a high speed cycle. Cells 13 of the ring buffer 11 are respectively provided with only an equal number of stacking buffers 14 in which data are stored so as to be overlapped. A plurality of input/output data are time-sequentially stored. This microprocessor is provided with a mobile processing buffer 12 for processing data stored in the stacking buffer 14. The input/output data are compared and judged at the site, and arranged and transmitted to a DSP 15. Also, a 'three-dimensional ring buffer' is provided with an interface function for a main CPU, and normally operated asynchronously with the CPU, and synchronous processing/time- sequential monitor is executed as necessary.
