PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage system capable of computing a dischargeable power, rechargeable power and dischargeable capacity of a storage device to secure of the traction power of a vehicle and the start of a vehicle system. SOLUTION: The storage system comprises: a remaining capacity computing means for computing the remaining capacity of the storage device; an internal resistance computing means for computing the internal resistance based on the computed remaining capacity; open-circuit voltage computing means for computing the open-circuit voltage of the storage device; and the main computing means for computing the dischargeable power, rechargeable power and dischargeable capacity of the storage device, the open-circuit voltage computing means including ion concentration distribution computing means for computing an ion concentration distribution in an active material forming a secondary battery based on a current value measured by current value measuring means to compute the open-circuit voltage of the storage device based on the ion concentration distribution.
