<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic element and a photovoltaic device having diffusion preventing function for alkali ion such as sodium or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A pin-junction is formed by laminating an i-type hydrogenated amorphous silicon layer 2 and a p-type hydrogenated amorphous silicon layer 3 on an n-type silicon wafer 1. On the hydrogenated amorphous silicon layer 3, an ITO film 4 is formed as a light transmissive conductive film. A comb type collecting electrode 5 is formed on the ITO film 4 and a cover glass 8 including an alkali ion is provided on the ITO film 4 and a comb type collecting electrode 5 via a resin film 7 formed of EVA. Orientation degree of the plane (222) of the ITO film 4 (light transmissive conductive film) is set to 1.0 or more, preferably to 1.2-2.6, more preferably to 1.4-2.5. Moreover, the orientation of the plane (321) is mainly given to the interface side with the hydrogenated amorphous silicon layer 3, while the orientation of the plane (222) is also mainly given to the remaining portion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
