PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost auxiliary package for wiring that has a constitution with large noise prevention effect, by narrowing a target of noise countermeasure down to the auxiliary package for wiring. SOLUTION: A solid pattern 20 of a ground is formed on one of facing outer layer surfaces of the auxiliary package for wiring. A plurality of external terminals 25 are provided to the other outer layer surface. Further, an inner layer is made a multilayer structure. For example, as intermediate layers, solid patterns of a ground 22 and a power supply 23 are so placed so as face each other while sandwiching a dielectric member 26. Further, as outer layers thereof, signal line layers 21 and 24 in which a signal line is arranged are provided above and below, respectively, to sandwich the intermediate layers 22, 26 and 23.
