PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack that is thinner than the conventional battery pack by using a circuit board of a new structure. SOLUTION: In the battery pack that houses a battery and a circuit board in a box, the circuit board 2 is integrated by clipping a protection element between two sheets of substrates and comprises an input and an output terminals on one of the substrates.
