PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary cell prevented from the generation of defect like wire breakage by disusing the welding between a lead part and an electrode terminal, by directly drawing out the lead part from an electrode body to the outside of a cell case designed so as to have high output power by reducing internal resistance. SOLUTION: For the secondary cell, positive electrode side lead parts 30 and negative electrode side lead parts 32 extending from an electrode body are directly drawn out to the outside of a cell case 50 housing the electrode body. The positive electrode side lead parts 30 and the negative electrode side lead parts 32 are adhered to each other by using resin sheets, and caulked to the cell case at a prescribed position. The gap between the positive electrode side lead parts 30 and the negative electrode side lead parts 32, and the cell case 50 is filled with a filling material 60, and the leakage of electrolyte liquid is prevented.
